kirikiy Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and kirikiy. By completing the registration process on kirikiy.net, clicking any "I agree" or equivalent confirmation checkbox, or by otherwise accessing and using any feature of the platform — including browsing game content, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these terms in full.

If you are accessing kirikiy on behalf of another individual, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that individual to these Terms & Conditions, and that the individual meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside kirikiy's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms will take precedence for that promotion only.

To access real-money services on kirikiy — including deposits, withdrawals, and wagers — you must register an account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in your name.

Eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. kirikiy strictly enforces its 18+ policy. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent age verification is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of any balance, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
• Jurisdiction: kirikiy's services are intended for players physically located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using kirikiy is lawful under the laws applicable to you.
• Legal capacity: You must be legally competent to enter into binding contracts under Bangladeshi law.
• Single account: You may hold only one active kirikiy account at any time. Registering multiple accounts, including accounts in other names or using different payment methods, is prohibited.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement with kirikiy or any other gambling platform where kirikiy has reason to honour that exclusion.

kirikiy reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a national ID card, passport, or utility bill — at the time of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kirikiy Login credentials. Any activity conducted using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kirikiy immediately at [email protected].

All financial transactions on kirikiy are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kirikiy does not apply currency conversion fees. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank transfers including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposit conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit unless separately imposed by kirikiy's risk management team on a per-account basis.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your BDT wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect during BST operational hours.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• kirikiy does not accept deposits made using funds obtained through unlawful means. Any deposit suspected to be linked to fraudulent or illegal activity will be frozen pending investigation.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes during kirikiy's BST operational hours, subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses.
• Withdrawals are processed only to payment accounts that have previously been used to fund the player's kirikiy BDT wallet, or to a verified account in the player's name.
• kirikiy reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds confirmation for large withdrawal amounts.
• Any active Bonus balance with outstanding wagering requirements must be completed, expired, or forfeited before a withdrawal of the corresponding real-money balance is processed.

kirikiy offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of each offer. The following general conditions apply to all kirikiy promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the individual promotion, including account verification status, minimum deposit thresholds, and promotional period timings.
• One bonus per player: Unless explicitly stated, promotional offers are limited to one per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be fulfilled before any winnings generated from the bonus can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible games: Wagering requirements must be completed on eligible games only. Certain game categories — including live casino tables and some sports betting markets — may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%) or not at all toward wagering requirements. Each promotion specifies eligible game categories.
• Bonus expiry: All bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of award. Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Some promotions impose a cap on the amount of real money that can be converted from bonus winnings. This cap is stated per promotion.
• Abuse prevention: kirikiy employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-variance betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, placing offsetting bets across games to guarantee a mathematical advantage, and coordinated bonus claiming across multiple accounts. Any detected abuse results in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Promotional calendar: kirikiy may offer seasonal promotions aligned with Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). These offers are announced on the platform and by email to opted-in players.

As a registered player on kirikiy, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in compliance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the kirikiy platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your kirikiy account, including sharing login credentials with family members or friends.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tools to access, navigate, or place wagers on kirikiy without prior written consent.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker-style games or co-ordinated live betting.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings resulting from a verified exploit are void and must be returned.
• Attempting to launder money or use kirikiy as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kirikiy customer support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or in violation of applicable law via any kirikiy communication feature.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, game, or data from kirikiy without express written authorisation.

Breach of any user obligation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals and bonus balances, permanent account closure, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh.

All content on kirikiy.net — including but not limited to the kirikiy brand name and logo, website design, user interface layout, game graphics, promotional artwork, written content, and software architecture — is the intellectual property of kirikiy or its respective third-party licensors (including Game Providers). All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use kirikiy.net for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any kirikiy content.
• Distribute, publicly display, broadcast, or commercially exploit any content from kirikiy without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of any software used on the kirikiy platform.
• Use the kirikiy brand name, logo, or trademark in any marketing, advertising, or promotional material without explicit written consent.

Game content made available through third-party Game Providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) is governed by the intellectual property rights of those respective providers. kirikiy does not claim ownership over Game Provider content and is not responsible for any intellectual property claims arising from the use of such content.

Any unauthorised use of kirikiy's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Bangladeshi and international law.

kirikiy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Detection of duplicate accounts linked to the same individual.
• Confirmed underage gambling (player is under 18 years of age).
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to administrative review.
• Failure to comply with identity or payment verification requests within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests by a Player's legally appointed guardian or by a recognised responsible gambling support organisation.

Upon closure of an account due to a Player's breach of these Terms & Conditions, kirikiy reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Verified real-money deposits not tainted by fraudulent activity will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method where technically possible.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request Self-Exclusion (temporary or permanent) by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and take effect immediately thereafter. During a self-exclusion period, kirikiy will endeavour to prevent the creation of any new account linked to the excluded individual.

Players who wish to permanently delete their account for reasons other than self-exclusion may submit a written request to [email protected]. Pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, and all personal data will be handled in accordance with kirikiy's Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kirikiy, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to you for:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, anticipated savings, or data arising from your use of the kirikiy platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if kirikiy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of services resulting from circumstances beyond kirikiy's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power failures, regulatory actions, or force majeure events.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds calculations, or account balance displays caused by technical faults, provided that kirikiy acts promptly to identify and correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your kirikiy account arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• The conduct, content, or technical performance of third-party Game Providers whose games are hosted on the kirikiy platform. Game Providers are independently responsible for the integrity and fairness of their own game titles.

In any event, kirikiy's aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kirikiy BDT wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude kirikiy's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

kirikiy reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be accessible at kirikiy.net/terms-conditions and will display the effective date of the most recent revision at the top of the document.

For material changes — those that substantively alter your rights or obligations as a player — kirikiy will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice displayed within your account dashboard upon your next kirikiy Login.

If you disagree with any updated terms, you must stop using kirikiy and may request account closure by contacting [email protected] before the effective date of the change. Your continued use of kirikiy after the effective date of any revision constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

kirikiy also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, game, promotion, or service offered on the platform at any time without liability, provided that any player funds already deposited are handled in accordance with the withdrawal provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
